Stacie launched Pearl Creative in 2017…
With an extensive background in various creative and management roles such as: Interior decorating/styling, fashion, the arts, event coordination, and more. It was at this time I was ready to form a styling business that enveloped all of my knowledge and experience to date. Channeling my most recent role in event management and coordination, prior to entrepreneurship, I sought to create an event styling entity that brings an artful esthetic with a unique vision and an eye for sophisticated detail, flawless planning and coordination.
My passion lies in creating magic, by understanding your story and devising the perfect aesthetic recipe for your special day, while being mindful of your expenditure allocations. I love incorporating little pearls of delight, those delicate touches that reflect who you are as a couple and the journey you have embarked on together.

Born in NZ, and resided in Australia since 2009. I am a Mumma to a daughter and twin boys whom have joined me on this journey as a Boss Mumma, falling pregnant with my first, two months after this business was born. They are my everything and I am grateful that because of this decision in my life, it allows me to be there for my family and fill my creative cup too.

It is actually my middle name…I was named after a family member who was very close to my Mum, however I never had the pleasure of meeting.

I have had a life-long journey of creativity, from a young age showing flair in the arts, as well as studying something art related (Art degree), creating art as a full time artist for a period of time, or working in various creative roles over my entire working career. “Quintessentially , me!”

Stacie, the founder of Pearl Creative, is the aesthetic visionary who transforms each creation into a bespoke masterpiece. As a modern thinker, she adds contemporary flair while meticulously managing supplier relationships, organizing all orders, and maintaining budgets. Her organized mind ensures every facet of the job is impeccably planned and executed. These distinct skills converge to craft a sophisticated, modern, and expertly tailored experience.

Lead coordinator / Assistant Stylist
Céline is an events professional passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. Renowned for her exceptional organisational skills, she effortlessly handles everything ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and meticulously placed.
One of her favorite moments is the quiet pause just after set up, where she takes a deep breath, soaking in the scene before guests arrive and the magic begins.
When she isn’t coordinating stunning winery weddings on the Mornington Peninsula, Céline enjoys quality time with family and friends, indulging in good food and wine, and finding inspiration online through weddings, interior design, and all things beautiful. She believes that every event tells a unique story and looks forward to bringing your vision to life.
Michelle
Assistant Coordinator / Stylist
I bring my background in Marketing and Visual Merchandising to the team, with an eye for detail and a sprinkle of perfectionism—exactly what you need to make your special event shine!
I’m all about keeping things fun, so expect a lot of laughs and maybe even a dance or two while we keep everything running smoothly. When I'm not busy styling, you'll find me hanging out with friends, family, and my fur baby, Ollie. I also love painting and braving cold ocean dips for a bit of adventure.
But the absolute best part of my job? Seeing the client’s face light up when their vision becomes reality!
Dasha
As Pearl Creative’s preferred event and brand photographer, I have a passion for capturing the essence of people, places, and events. I create authentic, engaging content for clients who want to showcase their products and services in a unique way.
I love storytelling through my lens, from highlighting details in a space to capturing moments that bring an event to life.
When I’m not shooting gorgeous winery weddings on the Mornington Peninsula, you'll find me doing yoga, dancing, or exploring Melbourne’s art and food scene.
